(!) 14/4 - I got my monitor problem solved last week. I still might be slow with commissions process due to university.

● These terms may change at any moment without prior notice.
● I can reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason.
● Making changes to the drawing once it is finished (for reasons not related to a mistake made by me), will only be possible with an extra payment.

● Accepted payment method is PayPal.
● $USD only. ARS is accepted for Argentina only / Pago en ARS sólo para Argentina.
● Prices won't be reduced.
● Commissions must be paid 100% upfront. I'll send you an invoice before starting your commission.
●Characters with complex design may require an extra fee depending on the complexity.
●Commercial commissions have an extra fee of +100% of the original price.

● I will begin work once paid and once it is your time in the queue.
● The first colored sketch will be sent. You can ask for changes here.
● Once the sketch is approved, radical changes won’t be possible.
● I send a WIP of the finished sketch and then one of the finished lineart. However, WIPs can always be requested.
● The time it takes to finish your commission varies from 1 week and half to 2 weeks depending on factors such as health, the complexity of the commissioned piece and other work.
If anything comes up that will slow the progress of the initially estimated delivery time I will let you know asap.
● The drawing will be delivered in transparent PNG or with a solid color if a (simple) background hasn't been asked for.

● I will notify you when I have started working on your commission and you, therefore, lose the right to a full refund.
● If the work was started but is not completed, the refund will be partial to the amount worked.
● Mistakes made by me will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when they were made.
● If the final result of the drawing is missing something that the customer wanted it to have but was not indicated when placing the order, a refund will not be made.

● The final work may be posted by me on any of my social media (always indicating that said drawing is a commission) unless otherwise specified.
● The final drawing can be posted on any social media by the commissioner if credits are given.
● Personal commissions ar for personal use only and not for profit.
● You do not hold the right to use the final product in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions within the space. This also includes any projects for commercial usage. Failure to abide by this will result in being blacklisted.

● You can not claim yourself as the illustrator of the artwork I created.● I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales or self-promotion unless otherwise agreed upon.● The client may utilize the artwork to market themselves on streaming networks such as YouTube, Twitch, and so on for as long as they see fit. Unless otherwise agreed, commissioned artwork may only be used for streaming purposes.
The client may not use the artwork for profit other than streaming unless the artist agrees accordingly (e.g, shirts, buttons, etc).● You, the Client, may display the commissioned artwork on external sites as long as it is visibly credited to me.● I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. I will send you a full
resolution image (by email or via google drive), but my signature will remain on both
the full resolution and smaller versions of the Artwork.● The commissioner must include what the artwork will be used for and any specifications for the project (e.g. height/width requirements, intended purpose/usage, etc.).
